What better way to enjoy a late morning/afternoon treat than to head to Madeleine’s in East Sheen. Since this place opened its doors, my fiancé and I have enjoyed the shop’s namesake madeleines and cakes far more often than we should! My other half is a particular fan of the carrot cake and Guinness cake, but my favourite so far has to be the chocolate and hazelnut cake - moist, rich and delicious. The staff are welcoming and the décor soothing and charming.

Having just visited the shop and tasted the magnificent cupcakes and biscuits, I thoroughly recommend you visit the shop or order online to enjoy their great produce. Their wedding cakes and cupcakes are beautifully decorated and I cannot wait to book into one of their courses and learn how to decorate these cakes.
